DMW Law Group was founded in 2025 by three partners, J. Cole Davis, Julia Maddalena, and C. Andrew Weddle, after successful careers as equity members at the largest regional firm in Bay County. Recognizing an opportunity to deliver legal services with a more personal touch, they launched DMW Law Group as a boutique practice built on excellent service and genuine client relationships. From day one, the firm’s mission has been clear: be relentlessly attentive to clients’ needs and create lasting partnerships.
