C. Andrew Weddle

With more than 17 years of experience representing clients across the Southeast in complex civil, construction, and insurance-related matters, founding member Andrew Weddle uses his experience as a litigator to help guide his clients with sharp strategic insight and a steady, practical approach.  Andrew’s prior work spans personal injury defense, construction defect claims, real property litigation, mechanics’ lien issues, and multimillion‑dollar contract disputes—matters in which precision, persistence, and industry knowledge are essential. These experiences give Andrew crucial insight into his client’s legal concerns and help produce results-driven outcomes.

Before entering civil practice, Andrew served as Assistant Regional Counsel for Florida’s 1st DCA Region, where he handled criminal defense in misdemeanor, juvenile, and felony courts and gained extensive trial and motion experience.

A graduate of Stetson University College of Law, Andrew also holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida, ranking third in his college. This dual foundation in law and construction allows him to communicate seamlessly with contractors, engineers, architects, and insurers while advancing his clients’ interests with clarity and confidence.

Active in the legal community, Andrew has served as President of the Bay County Bar Association and participates in several professional organizations, including the Florida Defense Lawyers Association and the St. Andrews Inn of Court. Known for his professionalism, preparation, and approachable style, he is committed to delivering efficient, effective results for every client.
